Clean, has microwave for late night eating, beautiful and aesthetic apartment, loved the stay

The only way to freshen up the air is to open balcony door, at night it os not really comfortable, but bearable

"It's not about a generic flat, it's more about the whole location"

There is a good sized bedroom with a pretty comfortable mattress but the sheets were not clean. The location is ok, there is nothing interesting in this building, but it's still possible to go by foot to the nearest ski lift

Hugely overpriced, it should be worth half the price. For unknown reasons most flat rentals in gudauri are even more overpriced, and I think that for what you get it's definitely not worth it. I hope that owners will suffer severe financial losses regarding renting 35k property for 1k a week. When it will end, no one will regret it.
