The property was beautiful, unique and very stylish. Location was perfect and staff couldn't do enough to help. Loved our stay.

Det fanns ingen uteplats vilket var lite synd. Väldigt mycket mygg just i detta område.

Sehr schön gemachte Unterkunft auf Koh Lipe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Lage perfekt (ruhig und trotzdem zentral) und mit dem angrenzenden Café (leckeres Frühstück) sehr praktisch.

Budget friendly and large family room. The breakfast was good, but they managed to messed up 50% of our orders - got coffee with milk, not almond milk, got pasta salad with bakon (instead of without), had to order something else, because they ran out of pasta. We came in and ordered first, but because of all the mishaps, ended up staying for an hour during breakfast.

There was a missing floorboard near the entrance, we were just told to be careful, but one could easily hurt themselves. No mosquito nets on the windows/terrace doors, as everywhere else we have been in Thailand.

La chambre que nous avions était vraiment belle est spacieuse avec une petite terrasse super ! Mini bar bien desservie, l’emplacement est top, tout est à proximité et nous avons trouvé la literie vraiment confortable. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !

Fräsha rum. Underbar personal. Minibar / kylskåp med samma priser som på 7Eleven. Jättesmart och väldigt kund vänligt. Frukosten är superbra, a’la carte frukost. Bra med myggnät på toaletten. Städpersonalen höll dörren stängd när de städade = inga mygg inomhus

Skønt personale-meget hyggeligt sted og fantastisk mad. Lå 5 min væk fra Sunset stranden .

We stayed three nights at the Reef Hotel and Residence in a studio with a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. I understand the hotel’s policy of respecting the environment; however, I would suggest providing two towels per person in the bathroom and at least two teaspoons in the room where the kettle is placed. The staff are kind and polite, although they always seemed very busy.

Breakfast follows a fixed European continental menu (both savory and sweet), with drinks and coffee included. It would be nice if the hotel also offered a Thai/Asian breakfast option, possibly as a buffet with a wider food selection,especially considering that the room price is relatively high compared to the services provided. Our room had a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes, which was never fixed. While this may be a common issue on the island, it was really disturbing and affected our comfort.
