The listing is false and deceptive. The apartment looks nothing like the photos. It was dirty, smelled bad, poorly maintained, and had broken or barely functioning facilities. The air conditioning and water system had issues, and the overall condition was far below acceptable standards. The “balcony with bay view” is misleading and heavily exaggerated. The building and surrounding area feel unsafe and are very noisy. When I raised these issues, the host refused to take responsibility and attempted to keep my money. Customer service and communication were extremely poor. This experience ruined part of my trip. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

AUComfortable apartment, nice kitchen and balcony
The nearby road is a bit noisy sometimes. It didn't disturb too much just sometimes when trying to sleep there is some car noise.
USThe apartment is comfortable and a good size. Comfortable sofa and bed with plenty of pillows. AC worked well. Basic kitchen with what you need. Nice TV. Many restaurants nearby.
There were a few bugs (not many). Overall the building seems a bit older and in need of some TLC in places. Area is very busy and not very walkable.

AUFacilities were excellent, plenty of space, quick Grab to Burgos. Big lounge and kitchen if you want to cook. 7-11 and great restaurants all around
