GBLovely location. Close to lovely resorts; conway, Llandudno. Although it was busy, it was quiet during the night. 3 bedrooms + 2 toilets were great
Getting charged £19 to get in the swimming pool. Thought it would be free. We only went once or it would be too expensive

When we arrived carpet was full of crumbs and bits under foot, no hoover to rectify this. Large screw on kitchen floor which with a small crawling child we were lucky that it was myself who noticed this first. Food crumbs from previous tenant on kitchen floor. Windows grimey as if they had not been cleaned in a good while. Empty toilet roll on holder which indicates the caravan had not been cleaned. Final straw was a Large dried bogey (snot) attached to caravan wall in the living area. We left after 20 minutes! Poor hygiene and cleanliness for £300! With 2 very upset children and no other available caravans on site (site staff were very helpful) we headed back home 2hrs on the motorway. Owner initially very apologetic advised me to go through Booking.com for a refund and offered a further £50. I declined the extra £50 as I was happy to just have a refund to use on days out with the children to make up for the upset of having to leave the caravan. However the owner then stopped any contact and Booking.com informed me that she had declined my refund. I managed to make contact via my partners phone to which she answered and described herself now as a manager and that the owner was just business man so my refund would not be offered. Cold, heartless, scruffy!

Only issue was the key. Had to force in and pull out key to enter caravan with a lot of force.
GBSelf check in and self check out, heating was on befire our check in and fully loaded with essentials.
Although there was heating in each room but still it was not enough to make the rooms cosy.
