The host was helpful and friendly. The location was quite easy to find.

The room is not an apartment or villa as described, but a cabin situated in a courtyard. It is rather cramped with little space to put things and nowhere to hang clothes. The small entrance area served as both kitchenette and shower area. The shared toilet adjoined a local's accommodation and could not be locked from the inside to prevent entry from his side.

The house was comfortable, clean, and had a cozy vibe. It’s great value for the price when you consider the location and privacy compared to staying in a hotel or hostel. The hosts live in the house downstairs and were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. One thing to be aware of is that there’s only space for two beds, one large one in the main room and a small mattress on the floor of the other room. If you book for three people, two will have to share the main bed. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Busan! Easily the best airbnb-style experience I’ve had.

Wonderful caretaker, friendly and very helpful, Good amount of space for three people.

Steep stairs, difficult to carry suitcase and especially in the rain. Caretakers gladly assist with luggage . Taxi couldn't find location. Bathroom was a wet room and there was insufficient bench space for clothes and toiletries and inadequate ventilation.

The host is fantastic and helpful in every way. When one of us had a spot of food poisoning, she brought us home remedies and congee! The flat itself is functional if a bit worn, and the location is good, if not super central, but the metro station is only a short walk away, so getting around isn't hard!

It was not clear in the description that the second bedroom is only included if you book for more than two people. We ended up paying extra to have the second bedroom.

Only one little thing relocate towel storage to laundry by bathroom as always forget towel and would have to go back through kitchen to second bedroom to grab them

Jun House is a lovely little rooftop apartment that is clean and well maintained with a seperate outdoor area that is available for the sole use of the visitor. The host and her family live downstairs but they generally keep to themselves. The host is lovely, and is very competent at using a translator app to communicate with visitors from foreign countries. Her sister is able to speak English so this made communication a little easier at times. We mentioned that we had trouble finding a restaurant that could serve breakfast so the next morning the host cooked breakfast for us consisting of eggs with cheese and some fruit and milk drinks, she was very hospitable and loved having us stay with her.

When we arrived there was only one bed in the apartment even though it was advertised as a two bedroom apartment with three beds (one queen bed in the main bedroom and two futons in the second bedroom). We were able to have a heated mat, a pillow and a quilt added to the second bedroom for an additional fee. A proper mattress or bed would have been more comfortable.

Central location and informative and lovely host, made us feel like a home away from home, thank you.

This was a very comfortable property, with a lot with of privacy. It was fitted with all amenities including a washing machine and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean. Very roomy. Makes for a very relaxing experience. Do have to walk a flight of stairs. It was a great experience, the hosts were very pleased and welcoming. Absolutely an ideal place for a travelling couple, short walk to 2 different stations (lines).

That we only stayed four nights.

We were a party of four and we really enjoyed it there. The metro or bus stations are very close so we could reach every place in Busan easily. We enjoyed being on the terrace for breakfast, dinner, Soju...There are some nice Restaurants around there, too. And the landlady was very very friendly.
