انا عميل لدى الفندق منذ 3 سنوات ، ولاحظت انه في حالة انحدار من ناحية النظافة وجودة الخدمات عامة ، حيث ان دورات المياه تفتقر للنظافة التي توازي القيمة المالية، حيث ان مغسلة اليد تعاني من انسداد، ومنطقة الشاور ( الجدران ) مليئة بالاوساخ ولا اعتقد انها تغسل اطلاقا، كما ان ( الموكيت ) المفارش الارضية تحتاج الى تغيير ، كما يتاخر الاستقبال كثيرا في اتمام الطلبات والموظفون ضعيفين جدا جدا في التجاوب مع طلبات العميل البسيطة.

Pour les personnes non véhiculée, l’hôtel est un peu loin. La piscine est payante en plus de la nuit d’hôtel. Le kids corner est vide il n’y a rien à faire et un peu sale
