لافطار فقير المكان بعيد عن الخدمات وعن الحرم عدم تنضبف العرفة خلال 9 ايام اقامة الاستقبال غير مدربين وعند طلب فاتورة ضريبة ب B to Bتم اصدر فاتورة B to C ولم تستطع التعديل بحجة انا الادارة المحاسبية في اجازة الواصح من الفندق انه موسمي ولذا الخدمات والموظفين غير جيد لقلة الخبرة والتدريب مع اني اريد ان اكتب عبارات اشد لكن ..... الوضع سيء بختصار

CHDer Direktor/Manager ist sehr unfreundlich und sehr aufdringlich. Er fordert Mitarbeiter dazu auf, trotz klarer Zeichen „nicht stören“ bei der Zimmertüre, zu klopfen und zu drängen bis er nicht das bekommt was er will. Unfassbar schlechte Erfahrungen im Gesamten, nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

FRTout était bien, hôtel très propre.
Ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le faite que personne nous a mis au courant pour la navette qui nous ramener à une station de bus et ensuite qu’il fallait payer 8 riyal par personne, la navette était très petite et mettait du temps à venir pour le retour on attendait des 1h parfois, tellement on a du prendre le bus qui était du coup payant aussi mais moins cher 4 riyal et qui nous ramener par contre directement au Haram et le retour en bus c’était beaucoup plus facile y’avait vraiment très peu de personnes je pense qui savait ça. Il y’a que à la fin le jour de l’eid ils ont mis à disposition des grand cars mais qu’il n’allait toujours pas au Haram qui allait à une STATION DE BUS ce n’est pas pareil. Les premiers jours c’était très dur c’est dommage qu’on prenait le bus qui était plus facile
