KWThe shop down stairs was convenient with quick groceries available. The hotel had a mosque which was good. And room size was excellent
I Stayed in last 10 days of Ramadan and iv never been so disappointed. Firstly the room key card had to be changed daily as it stops working every 24hours which no one could explain when I asked. The elevator would also stop daily for 5/10 mins which meant I had to wait as I was on 14th floor. The bus to haram goes to another bus station which I had to switch busses and join a long line to pay for the second bus. This was a disaster. Ultimately we ended up paying 100 riyals to get to the haram and 100 riyals to get back EVERYDAY. I was there for 8 nights and only had my room cleaned and water given to me once and that was after I went downstairs to the reception and literally begged. My bed sheets were not even changed that once. The reception phone is never answered so I had to go down every time I needed something. There is also a fire alarm that goes off at least 5/6 times a day which again was not able to be explained by staff.
