La struttura è in una posizione strategica, collocata a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalle spiagge di Ponente e Levante. Gli spazi sono ampi, il bagno è stato recentemente rimodernato.

Il mobilio della cucina non è moderno, ma risulta comunque funzionale.
