Location good as described

No queen beds. Condo description said 2queen beds. Only double beds. Both phone numbers given for questions or concerns did not work. I reached a person by email. He tried to help by offering another unit, but that one had only double beds also. Maybe get a discount for no queen beds as described.

It was clean and the customer service was good. Location also very good.

Too small for our family. That was my fault for choosing but the pictures made it look larger.

Location...Off site management was very responsive....View of street was excellent......Water was excellent...Hot water was endless....Nice furnishings....

Very thin floors...Upstairs noise was so loud it sounded like they were picking up and dropping furniture...footsteps sounded like cattle on wooden floor. We went up and knocked on door to see when they may settle down and they denied they were making noise and then said the kids were in bed....They still stomped around until after midnight.. We don't believe they were aware how loud they were...Bathroom floor tile had holes showing under layment...looked like blood swiped on wall above toilet and on toilet tank lid....bath vent fan was really dirty....walls above shower surround were flaking and cracked...Light bulb in bedroom lamp was broken and left bare filament showing, Lamp was plugged in!....I have pictures of every item I just mentioned.....

Clean Easy to use

It was as advertised.

A little outdated, and the bed we used was NOT comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 people. Location was terrific; a few minutes walk to anywhere on the main street and the lake.

Toaster didn't work

I kept trying to use the lock box with the code to get the key, but then realized it was electronic Gail box, and everything went fine

It was nice for the two of us and perfect with how close it was to the town.

How THIN the floors are. We could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took.
