We loved the peacefulness of the location, The screened in 2nd floor & 1st floor decks, the hot tub, The covered area with a swing, and the fire pit area.

There were several trees down near the house and several that had large broken limbs hanging, one was a bit close to the hot tub and at some point will fall. The property had 3 LP tanks for a grill and a glass fire but all tanks were empty (wasn't that big of a deal we just cooked inside)
