Great location to beach; great on site parking

Place was more dated than photos, porches in rough shape, no place to sit outside as portrayed in photos, washer did not work, no toaster, only 5 forks in the kitchen

The location is very good

The bathroom could be updated a lil bit

The place was big enough that we weren't in each other's way .

The place could use updating and the property was dirty around it trash on the grounds and old bikes and grills were left there next to third floor entrance.shower had mold on the shower curtain and window blinds.

The location is excellent - just half block off of the boardwalk on 11st. Parking was tight but they accomodated our two vehicles, which was nice. They allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated. The apt was clean, and it had decks on both the front and back. They were very quick to respond to questions in chats. We had a excellent stay!

Some of the lightbulbs were out, and others were those horrible fluorescent/white bulbs. If they had all soft-white LEDs would have been better. The bathroom was clean but a bit dated. When you used the bathroom fan, it also heated the bathroom, which wasn't great in August. The kitchen was very nice, but there weren't any paper towels, dishcleaner or scrubbies to clean during our stay as well as having to clean the apt before we left. We had to go out and buy all of that. There is a 2nd bathroom but was sorta of hidden behind this door by the back door on the deck. We discovered by accident. Would be nice to have that called out during check-in instructions. There was a full length mirror but it had fallen off the wall before we arrived. Also the refrigerator light bulb was blown out.
