THE HOMESTAY DOES NOT HAVE WATER DURING OUR STAY FROM CHECKING IN UNTIL CHECK OUT AND THE HOST DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTIONS.

I have bad experience once I arrived. I forgot my access card inside my homestay while I checked for the door out side coz the door lock looked not secured. I go to lobby and there's no any receptionist. Thanks God another guest help me to find the owner's phn number in Google. I called, texted owner premise but didn't answer.They're staff passed me owner's contact number. I have to wait until the next morning and the this good family help me to stay a night with them due to all my stuffs included my phone, my purse left inside the premise.. The receptionist only stay there until 11pm. To owner, pls alert your phone in case this issue repeat.Yes,that's my mistake left the access card inside. But u as the owner, u need to alert your client. U not work by office hour. U took single penny from ur client. How could u slept and don't mind them.! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
