"Terrible experience with no proper facilities and most of things not working."

The property is in city centre.

We had gone through several stages of worse experience.Initially we had to go through the check-in process which was quite tedious.The key/fob location was difficult to locate.Fortunately after an hour of struggle we managed to get into the property.However it was not easy stay and had to go through the below issues: 1.Musty odour due to dampness throughout the property causing to sneeze. 2.No shower curtain in the common bathroom causing the water to spill out. 3.No hot water in any of the taps.We had to take shower in cold water for both the days that we stayed in. 4.The carbon monoxide sensor was beeping at every intervals causing difficulty in sleeping, however we removed the batteries. 5.The hose of the shower in the en-suite bathroom was leaking badly causing no water to have shower. 6.There is no mirror/dressing table. 7.We tried reaching the property manager Mr Rhys but no response when we needed the most. After making several calls, we texted and got the response from Jack. We have been told to send videos of all the issues causing delay in spending time for our leisure. The overall experience was terrible and would never recommend to anyone.

"Not a balcony apartment but decent enough."

The salford location is accessible and the retail park behind the apartment is decent..

There is not a sit out balcony in this apartment, just a Juliette which is deceiving in the advert..

"Salford Luxe-rough area & dont expect luxury!"

Awful apartment block-we felt unsafe. Neighbours doors next to ours had been bashed in, stank of drugs in communal hallways. Parking situation on edge of public walkway is ridiculous! Totally unsecure and at times no parking available-we had to keep all valuables with us. General state of decor throughout flat was tired-cracked tiles, silicone around sinks needs redoing etc therefore we felt not good value for money. Not walking distance to town centre-we had to pay for taxis
