The rooms were beautifully designed. The range of facilities in the villa Very spacious The location was perfect

The microwave/ conventional oven was not working. Some unknown fixtures that was only brought to our attention when we asked; one of the double room glass doors/‘windows were completely smashed but prompt response from staff to get it fixed. The sauna light kept switching off. The jacuzzi had floating debris so didn’t use it as much as we hoped. Was not informed that we have to fill up the water dispenser by purchasing a tank from Kalkan water delivery. So we ended up buying bottled water. Considering all the issues faced, the cost of the villa could have been reduced or we could have been compensated for the inconveniences
