Kobi Luxury Apartment 1.

We apprecited a good location of the apartment, very quite street and internal haul, bed’s were pretty comfortable, coffee suply was good, but only for one time. Availability of the washing machine and detergent was nice but we have not used it. The rooms were clean, and the bedding as well too!

There are a few issue with the apartment though, mainly with the bathroom, the door to the room was not locking (the lock is broken), the shower door didn’t lock properly as well so water was floading a bit but not much, also in a bath booth there are no space to put your shower stuff, so you can only throw it on a floor which was kinda annoying.. Also, the wardrobe was a bit uncomfortable since there were stuff like vacuum cleaner etc, but there were a lot of handles which is a plus but still not so much of a people of 3.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The interior design is absolutely lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, it offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms that made my stay enjoyable

However I had a frustrating experience during my stay due to the poor drainage in the shower. It caused the bathroom to flood, making cleanup a hassle after a long day.

Its clean and best location.

Bit noisy as bed is between 2 bathrooms, one yours and other one is another room bathroom.

Was good location and is walkable to most tourist atttactions and bars / restaurants.

The TV was not working the whole trip and despite contacting the host this was not resolved during our whole stay which was disappointing as part of the reason we booked an apartment was for the lounge. Be aware if booking the host will not access the Samsung TV for you if it has been logged out of the account

This is a really nice, small and modern apartment for a long weekend in Budapest. Location was good and pretty accessible for most of the major sights by foot or taxi. Property was really clean and cosy and felt very safe, as there were many locked doors to get through from street level.

My one small issue with this apartment was the lack of storage space. There was a cupboard to hang a couple of items up, but this was filled with extra bedding and cleaning supplies, so it wasn’t really usable. All other drawers/ cupboards were also filled, so we had to lay clothes out on the sofa, which was a tad annoying, as we then had nowhere to sit. The shower also didn’t drain properly so bathroom was constantly flooded. Overall, it’s a great apartment but not overly functional.

The location was great! Communication with the owner was always good, and the apartment was really clean.

It's a tiny apartment so I would only recommend it to couples (three or more people is extremely uncomfortable). It's in the 1st floor but there's no elevator. Also, the bathroom handle was broken, a repairman guy came twice to fix it but it never worked.

Perfect location, comfy bed and good air conditioning. Everything besides the shower was perfect.

The shower is absolutely a nightmare. It's pretty to see but it's not functional at all. The door doesn't close properly and the drain doesn't work fast enough so every time we showered there was a lot of water coming out on the bathroom floor (the shower is on the same level, it's not raised like a traditional shower) and i had to stand there and wait till most of the water drained because otherwise if i tried to open the shower door all the water would come out.
