"Very well located accommodation with homely features."

Absolutely loved it. Wished that I could stay there. The location is perfect if you want to just sit and chillax. The view is superb and the amenities provide for a good mental health reset.

The water you see in the photos is tidal. Mudflat for some of the time. If you are content with that the property does not disappoint. Does not detract from the location and the house overall.

Location was nice and quiet. House was well presented and equipped.

Maybe put some local information in the house - just the FAQs and local stuff to do. Sometimes just want to have it to hand instead of having to keep looking it up online.
