Very beautiful and well furnished apartment. The location is perfect, only 2 minute walk to downtown. Beds are comfortable and check in was easy.

It was the perfect location, with a lovely view and plenty of space. Highly recommend! Underfloor heating in the bathroom was an added bonus!

"Reasonable location & clean apartment - facilities could have been better"

Reasonably good location

Steep slope of the street makes it quite slippery in snow No toiletries!! Only one handwash Please leave out some coffee / milk - it does make a difference Washing machine without tumble dryer!!

Beds, bathroom, wifi.

The management (they manage several appartments in Tromso) called us one day before and said that the apartment has some technicall issues. We were offered another appartment and they defined this as an upgrade. It was further away from the center, the dishwasher was dirty and not working and the whole appartment had the smell of cigarete smoke. In the booking system they have marked us as “no show” as they wanted to avoid bad review.

Great location in the centre of Tromsø. Comfortable beds. Nice for a group of friends or family.

Smoky due to previous guests smoking in the apartment however the staff were very good in informing us of this issue. They did their best to eradicate this as much as possible. As it is more an Airbnb style, would have appreciated more basic kitchen amenities to be available like oven mitts and tea towels as well as basic items like olive oil, salt, pepper etc. Instead we had to purchase these items which seems a waste when only staying for a short time.

We didn’t actually live in this property due to the leak issue. Operator provided us another place (Arctic Homes - Historic Tromsø) and even sent someone to us to see if we need any assistance. They offered a discount for our loss as well.

The heating is not enough and the sound insulation needs to be improved. (Arctic Homes - Historic Tromsø)
