It has all the comfort of home. You have your refrigerator, kitchen if you need to heat up food. A very nice area you can eat breakfast. Very close to bus and train station about 10 minutes walk.

The house was very clean. It was very comfortable and the location was good. Massimo was available and very helpful with everything I needed. I would stay again.

Since I stayed for a long time, the lack of a washing machine was a bit difficult for me. although there are washing machines nearby, they are a bit expensive. also it would be nice to have a wine glass in the kitchen :)

Owners of this place sincerely did everything to make this place perfect. I felt like at home instantly! It’s strategely good place if you are traveling without car like me (as I needed to be close to both - Centrale station and historic center). Furthermore, it was exceptionaly clean, young man who greeted me gave very nice introduction to a place and I had great sleep as the neigbourhood is very quiet (and safe).

It is a very clean, very cozy apartment decorated with a lot of taste. I felt like at home in it. The small terrace was quite nice for having my coffee in the morning. Perfect location, just a walking distance from the downtown and the train station. I was traveling almost every day to some of the towns nearby by train so the location of the apartment worked out perfectly for me. The host Massimo was very responsive and helpful with all kind of information and everything that i could possibly have needed. It has a bit early checkout but this didn’t bother me. Definitely a great value for the money and if i visit Bari once again i would stay in Sweet house Bari again.

Really sweet with so many guest considerations that you may need! Also has the most comfy bed. It’s close to the station, making day trips to other areas very convenient. Thanks again to Massimo & family for the friendliness, excellent recommendations and general warmth :)

Property is clean, with small but really well equipped kitchen (it was equipped better than my kitchen 😁). Inside garden is bigger than it seems on pictures. There are 2 air conditioners which were enough to keep property warm even if we came in relatively cold weather. It is close to railway station (Quintino), so it is easy accessible from airport. Owner provided us coffee, tea, jams, pasta, water, juice, there are also seasoning provided. Near the property is shop, where you can buy some fresh food and fresh warm pasta to go too. It is relatively close to old town, which is really nice. Beach is a bit longer trip (I was there with small baby), but we have used train to go there. There are also kids playgrounds around this property.

The bed matress is too soft (subjective). Due to the characteristics of the apartment, the ventilation is not optimal. Everything can be heard from the neighboring room/apartment.
