First line detached house, Cabo Roig

The location is fantastic. The views from the bedroom balcony are stunning. The place felt very safe. Communication was excellent.

The master bedroom bed squeaked every time you moved. The bath needs resealed and pointed. There’s a few broken and loose tiles. The chairs in the patio furniture, arms are all broken. There should be another sunbed downstairs to save you having to come downstairs from rooftop with another. The rugs are very old and worn. The tree/bush at entrance blocks half of the entrance and desperately needs trimming and cut, see picture . All of the points are minor and would definitely not stop me going again or recommending. They just need addressing.

Location was good close to entertainment and walkable distance to beaches if you like a walk

Not enough room around the pool to sun bathe, and only 1 sunbed supplied to take to the pool. Also the bushes in the entrance to the house is very overgrown. It woukd benefit from new bedding

Lovely house, quit area with a lot of restaurants and shops near by.

Thin walls and thus very responsive.

The location of the property was superb with wonderful views of the complex and the sea, the property was well equipped, clean and lots of space for chilling. There were lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
