Swimming pools, the food was ok,

Shortage in the number of electrical outlets, safe lock without key, the window doesn't lockdown, the bathroom must be updated.

Hôtel hyper propre. Installations top, les balcons des chambres,spatieuses et lumineuses, plusieurs grandes piscines et toboggans, le service boissons, crêpes les après-midi. Restauration à volonté et variée. Dommage rare cuisine locale. Très chouette hôtel à 2 pas de la plage.

Les personnels qui servent au restaurant réticents à vous servir. Rationnnent alors qu'il y en a pour tt le monde largement.

Value for money, hotel seems to be newly renovated so while it's still more a 3* than 4* it that was great and made the stay more pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffet food was lovely and plentyful. The pools were clean, slides awesome for kids (and adults), beds comfortable and room clean. I enjoyed 2x treatments in spa and it was a very beautiful spa just renovated, lovely ladies there. The hotel is 5 min walk from beach (there is a small beach club with umbrellas and sun chairs) and man made Medina (with quite high prices and very persistent sellers) which allows to kill a few hours in case of bad weather.

Nothing apart from the noise from the corridor (door is not sound proof at all and lots of echoes in corridors) and permating through walls in extreme cases (we had a screaming baby waking us up at night) and I am glad I read previous reviews about asking for a room away from the pools as it's get very loud and late (we're early bed goers). As it's a good hour drive from Tunis airport I would highly recommend pre booking your transfer to soften your arrival in country which for us was pretty brtual. We decided to try our luck and we lost, we paid 50euro with a lot of fighting and bargaining when we could have booked it via booking for 35 euro. We did that for the return and it was a much better experience.
