Interesting door function with locking mechanism. Staff were very friendly and even drove us through to station so early in the morning - truly went beyond all expectations - she was such a lovely hard working lady - as were all the staff we met.

took a while to get the AC working as it should and would be all in Japanese - would be good to have a small card in English - with the 40 degree C summer days.
