Todo estuvo excelente. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo para coordinar la hora de llegada, me ayudaron con un taxi y mandaron a alguien del personal a recogerme y guiarme por la medina hasta el alojamiento. Siempre muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones son bellísimas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y la cena también. Muy limpio y seguro, me dieron toallas, ordenaron la habitación, tenía calefacción y AC. Llovió todo el día y me prestaron paraguas. El checkin y el checkout fue súper rápido. Me hicieron el desayuno para llevar porque al día siguiente salía muy temprano. Si bien está dentro de la Medina y puede ser un poco intimidante, hay muchos carteles que te ayudan a llegar al Riad en unos pocos minutos. Vives la experiencia total, incluso escuchas los llamados para orar. Lo único que noté es que después de mi primera ducha, había un olor del drenaje de la ducha, que abriendo la ventana y con succionador de aire mejoraba bastante. Todo estuvo muy bien, muy amables.

Wonderful place to stay in the Medina of Fes. Beautiful, historic Riad. Noor and his team were very kind and responsive- helping us get from the car park with our luggage, taking us to a restaurant for lunch, and arranging for a tour guide. The food and the service were great. The hammam and the massage were a highlight of our stay - fun and relaxing. Thank you ladies! Highly recommended!

WiFi was a little spotty in my room

Beautifully restored riad—once you step inside, you can really feel how much care and detail went into it. The service is great too. They helped us book a tour guide and arranged porters for us when we arrived, which made things super easy. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the old town. The food was really good! Overall, it made our stay in Fes fun and relaxing.

Hard to find anything to dislike other than some of the things that are just par for the course in staying in a very old riad, like clunky locks, are certainly no big deal at all.

Très beau riad, l'endroit est vraiment très joli. Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable. Salle de bains très grande. Très bon petit déjeuner, très copieux et varié au dernier étage du riad avec vue sur la médina. Personnel très gentil. Très belle piscine dès l'entrée ! Petit cadeau pour les dames au départ, une délicate attention.

La chambre était bruyante ... dommage ! tout le reste était très bien. Pas facile à trouver sans GPS ....

Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Das Frühstück sehr gut und das Abendessen auch.Transfer zum Bahmhof hat auch super geklappt.Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort.

Es ist ein wenig schwierig, sich in der Umgebung zurechtzufinden. Aber wenn man möchte, erhält man eine Begleitung.

Il riad è molto bello, nel cuore della Medina. Sui muri delle strade ci sono delle indicazioni per arrivarci, ma la prima volta, senza GPS, resta non semplice. Una volta entrati nel riad, l'atmosfera è da sogno, sembra di essere in un film. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, tutti sempre con il sorriso e pronti ad aiutare. La loro frase preferita è "questa è casa tua". Noor e Salim, due stili diversi di accogliere e gestire gli ospiti, ma il risultato resta ottimo. La mia stanza era la più economica, ma comunque molto bella, soprattutto il bagno con lo zellige verde e il soffitto dipinto con fantasie e colori tipici.

Solo la porta della doccia è da rivedere, poiché non si chiudeva bene. Il televisore funziona bene ma non ci sono canali internazionali né locali funzionanti. Il frigorifero dovrebbe essere posizionato in maniera più strategica. Prese elettriche in punti più comodi, come accanto al comodino, sarebbero più funzionali.
