"You get what you pay for."

Super out dated but the kitchen was nice. Had pans and silverware for use. Had a small backyard for the kids to go play.

Dead bugs everywhere, stains on sheets, old food left in the cabinet from 4 months prior... Floors/carpet was sooooooo dirty my bare feet were black from just walking around the room.

Coffee maker was gunky looking. Refrigerator smelled funky. Mattress covers had holes, bed frame rusty. Surface clean but looked neglected.
