"We loved it!"

We loved our 7 nights stay in the Lagoon Village hotel. It is clear to see the vision, passion and effort that have been put and are still making, just beautiful. Breakfast on the floating restaurant with the jungle backdrop was special. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very relaxing and wanted for nothing. We all enjoyed the SPA and horse riding. Getting to and from town via tuc tuc for tours to the blue lagoon, waterfalls and thermal baths was easy, fast and inexpensive. Thank you all so much, from Mabel, Nacho and Oren

"It is a paradise! One of the best places we have ever stayed!"

One of the best places we have ever stayed! The owners approach, communication is top. The surrounding and services they offer are wonderful (animals around, can ride a horse, spa). If I ever come back to Tarapoto, this is the place I am staying 10000%! Thank you again.

Wish we could have stayed longer :).

Location, silence, nature, cleanliness, Lots of entertainment. A great hotel surrounded by nature. Spacious bungalows with separate entrances. Spa and horse riding. There are small malnutrition, but this is a small problem. The hotel hosts kindly solve the tasks and help guests. The hotel has a sauna, pool, Hammam, hot water in rooms.

Breakfast can be more interesting, bungalows More private and isolated

"Nice gateaway venue"

Beautiful chalet with a complementary private spa and horse riding. Very clean, which it's very important to me! Good complementary breakfast. I loved the juices and fruits the most but everything was good. Staff is very attentive to your needs. Keep in mind that all the complementary services need to be booked in advance to make the most out of your time there!

Due to the more secluded/private location, plan ahead your transportation to where you need to go. The hotel provides recommendations for taxis and motocarros to help you out. One night had noise from a nearby restaurant or club. I am a very light sleeper so I had difficulty sleeping that night. This is not the venue's fault in any way. If you are like me when it comes to your sleep, keep in mind this info for weekend dates.
