The breakfast was more than enough and a great typical Italian breakfast. The room was huge and comfortable with traditional style decor. The building is absolutely beautiful and ancient. Thousands of years old and perfectly located in the centre of Lecce, with a lovey wild garden with fruit trees growing.

Possibly their could have been a small kitchenette area for washing up our plates and cutlery, but this was done by our very helpful host whilst we were out anyway, so not essential.

Very nice and helpful owner. Free parking. Quiet, good sleep. The owner went out of her way to provide us with everything and the breakfast we wanted. We had lovely things in the fridge everyday. Beautiful rooms and garden. We want to come back!

A bit short of hot water after the first person showered. The wifi wasn’t strong enough for computerwork.

This was our second stay here, returning after our first visit 10 years ago. We were delighted to stay in a classical palazzo room that still retains the same charming atmosphere as a decade ago. The host was incredibly kind and arranged many things to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you so much. The cats have naturally changed since 10 years ago, but the orange trees and the cats in the courtyard were still very relaxing. The location is perfect for sightseeing, as it’s easy to walk to the main tourist areas. It was convenient to go out several times a day and come back to rest. It’s also convenient for taking day trips to small towns around Lecce, such as Otranto. Since the property is located on a main street, arriving/going out by car was also no problem.
