Nothing, still waiting for my refund.

We had requested a handicap room with 3 adults. We paid and went to our room. It was not a handicap room. So went to the desk and their handicap room only had one queen bed in it. Well that doesn't work for 3 adults. So asked for our money back and still waiting.

Convenient location to dining options.

Manager was exceptional. Very positive representative.

Ease in location and no extra charge for our small dog. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Seamed like front desk workers lived in hotel and treated lobby like their living room. Breakfast was close to non existent. And sucked. So you would not come back to it. Had to ask for new towels and take out our trash. Little to no maid service tell your gone.

Breakfast was awful! No hot food provided except waffles although equipment was present. Coffee machine and juice machine in lobby didn’t work. Out of coffee cups and plastic wares. Staff uses lobby as personal space. Beds were made maybe twice during a 10 day stay.
