The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very conveniently situated near a metro station, making transportation easy. There are plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants within easy walking distance, which was a huge advantage. The apartment itself is quite spacious, and the shower had reliable hot water. There are some important drawbacks potential guests should be aware of: The building is quite old, and unfortunately, there is no elevator. I had a bit of an unexpected workout carrying three heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs (two floors above ground level) Please take this into account if you have heavy luggage or prefer to skip the stair climbing. A major issue during our stay in late November was the temperature. The apartment has large wooden windows and high ceilings. The central heating was insufficient to keep the apartment comfortably warm. We had to dress warmly indoors. Additionally, there was no coffee machine provided, which would have been a nice touch in the mornings.

No hot water. Took 3 days for the property to fix it, after insinuating that we were lying. No number to call, no answer after 22:00

Koltuklar çok kötü kokuyor (çok eskimiş deri oldugu için olabilir. Booking.te belirtilen kahve makinesi ve ekmek kızartma makinesi yok. Aşağıda liste halinde tüm sorunları ekliyorum; Bulaşık makinası kapağı bozuk, düşüyor ( 2-3 kere ayağımıza düştü) Filtre kahve makinası yok(mokka pot var) Masa yanındaki çoklu prizin duvara en yakını kıvılcım çıkarıyor Evin zemini gıcırdıyor Koltuklar yırtık ve kötü bir koku mevcut Baş havlusu yok Hijyen kiti mevcut değil(şampuan duş jeli) İlk girişte anahtar kutu şifresi için doğru yönlendirme yok, kapıda kaldık bir süre.. Tava kullanılmayacak durumda Bulaşık ve çamaşır makinalarının deterjanı yok Ekmek kızartma makinası yok duş perdesi mevcut değil, biri yıkanınca tüm banyo ıslanıyor..

O apartamento era espaçoso e com decoração simples mas acolhedora. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada.

Infelizmente encontrámos algumas baratas pelo apartamento. Alertei o senhorio e no dia seguinte colocou armadilhas para minimizar o problema. Voltei a contatar e voltou a colocar inseticida para tentar resolver o problema. Foi o único senão em toda a estadia de 4 noites.
