Property Notes

The accommodation features a heated swimming pool - from 1 May to 31 October - which allows us to ‘extend’ the summer. Pool towels are available to guests during this period. Check-in and check-out, as well as the entrance to the hotel is autonomous and is done on-line, so that the client can enter the hotel from 15:00 hours, at any time, without restriction of hours of entry. The hotel has bilingual staff (Spanish-English) ONLINE, from 10:30 am to 22:30. Providing 12 continuous hours of customer service through all our communication channels. The property is rented in its entirety, with the exception of the garage and the lower-level room, which are for the exclusive use of the owner.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Swimming pool: Closed from Wed, Sep 30, 2026 until Tue, Jun 1, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great place to stay with beautiful view in a residential setting."

Beautiful view of harbor and city below - beds were comfortable and outside shared area was lovely.

parking was a bit of a bear - breakfast was included but didn't begin until 8:30 (we had to leave before 8am so it wasn't available to us)

Lugar muy tranquilo, bonitas vistas. La estancia acogedora. Pese a que la playa se encuentra a unos 20 minutos andando, volvería al hotel ya que me ha parecido calidad precio buena y el lugar tiene su encanto.

Très bien situé sur les hauteurs, vue sur plage, mer, montagne et ville. Chambre spacieuse et claire. Bonne clim. Attention au ménage, notamment la télé couverte dd poussière. Petit déjeuner en buffet, peut-être un peu simple pour le prix total de la chambre + petits déjeuner (120€/nuit)

Une fois la réservation faite et payée, on apprend par mail qu'en fait d'un hotel il s'agit d'une maison avec 6 chambres, sans personnel d'accueil. Seule une personne sera là le lendemain matin pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Sur le principe déjà... En plus, arrivés devant, on se rend compte qu'aucun mail ne nous a été envoyé avec les codes d'accès (1 pour le portail, 1 pour la porte, 1 pour la boîte à clé pour la chambre) il est 19h et personne de la société de gestion ne répond...Heureusement nous rencontrons sur place quelqu'un qui connaît le propriétaire de la maison. Il nous donne par téléphone les différents codes d'accès. Plus de peurs que de mal mais 1h de perdue...et heureusement que nous parlons et comprenons l'espagnol sinon on en était quitte à dormir ailleurs. Du coup 120€ pour 1 nuit cela coûte aussi cher qu'un hôtel sans les même prestations.
