Liftul și casa scării

Apartament amenajat și utilat cu bun gust. Am apreciat ca exista aer condiționat și fier de călcat.

Blocul în care este situat apartamentul este vechi, liftul la fel. Ambele dormitoare sunt orientate spre bulevard și este foarte mare gălăgie, inclusiv noaptea. Chiar lângă bloc este o terasă sau o sală de evenimente și se aude muzica, geamurile nu izolează bine deloc. E destul de greu să ai un somn cat de cat odihnitor. Tot procesul de check-in a fost destul de complicat și greoi.

Manager war sehr zuvorkommend und vertrauenswürdig und stande bei Fragen und Anregungen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Dreckige Waschmaschine, kein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft (musste separat jeden tag bezahlt werden) manager hat aber über sich alles gemanagt. Fehlende Utensilien wie Putzmittel, gewürze. Töpfe sahen auch schon etwas mitgenommen aus. Die versprochene Flasche Wein war auch nicht vor Ort.

Very clean, well equipped apartment, decorated with attention which gives a cozy feeling. Good size and quite close to central area.

Parking a cross the road is a bit inconvenient if you have many luggage. There is quite a detour until the nearest pedestrian cross. Also proximity to ER Hospital and facing a very crowded boulevard makes it very noisy at night and if you have trouble sleeping this location is not the best one.

The apartment is excellent. Clean, spacious, I literally have no complaints. Recommendation for anyone coming to Timisoara to take this apartment.
