Four flights of stairs (variable dmensions) may be problematic for elderly guests/those with mobility issues. Shower head and hose requires a deep clean/replacement. Some nightime street noise and from the nearby pub beer garden. You're in the heart of the village. Lower tog duvet/cotton sheet options would be good in hot weather. No apparent facilities for recycling.
