"Really good and convenient"

Very clean, easy acces to there from main roads, staff very politel and taxis stop on the corner.

A little noise with clubs next door, the workers do not have autonomy to take a desicion to help the guests. Location is a little hard to find.

"Great place at the edge of Zone 10 with a kitchenette at a great price"

Everything is new and clean. Small kitchenette was a plus. Bathroom is large with a high ceiling and enormous walk in shower.

The walls are a little thin. It’s a boutique hotel, 2 floors with a dozen rooms. I stayed on the second floor where a group of young people stayed and hung out in the common area atop the landing and they had a good time, but I heard them until 2am. I am sure that this was not usual and didn’t bother me but could have. A high rise building is being built in a lot next door but they only work during the day so that noise doesn’t bother me either.
