The accom

Lovely apartment. It was clean, warm and stylish. The size was perfect for a couple and being able to have a dog was a big bonus (although the manual saying no pets allowed, is confusing). All the extras ie toiletries, linen and beverages were also very welcome. Thankyou also for such good communication. We felt reassured that if there was a problem, we would have had it resolved.

Noise from people coming and going from other apartments throughout the night and very early morning disturbed our sleep. We also could not get the tv in the lounge area to work and you could only switch on/off lights by the bed side from the other side of the room. The sensors light by the front door also triggered whenever one of us went to the toilet during the night, illuminating the room and disrupting sleep.

The decor was lovely and very clean. Hot tub was ready to use. Bed was very comfortable. Oven was easy to use. The whole flat was very cosy.

Heating was not working. Let them know first night but was not sorted until our last evening. All information on line says dog welcome but info pack in apartment says no dogs allowed which was worrying. Think this needs to be changed in the pack. Rubbish bins out the back were overflowing and rubbish Pulled over the garden by an animal and not nice to look at.
