"Wasting time waiting around to receive key to apartment. Not a good experience."

comfortable clean room with air conditioning in rooms. Very clean.

Charge fee for bag storage is not right since all accomodation provider offer pre/post stay free storage. Area location is disappointing. Eateries open late and not much selections to choose from.

Great location, very close to the restaurants, night market and just across the river from the old town. Apartment is very comfortable. It was only two of us so we didn’t use second bedroom or bathroom. I think that bedroom can get bit hot. Kitchen has basics. We didn’t cook, so can’t comment on if there is all required. It was great to have a washing machine. Extra bonus that washing powder and pegs were provided. Overall, I would recommend it as a good base in Ipoh.

Common problem with Malaysia is mould. And I think that needs to be accepted as it goes with the climate.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at Ipoh City Centre Majestic Homestay. Everything was perfect — the place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and helpful, and the pool view was absolutely beautiful. The location is also convenient, close to everything in the city. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh!
