Almost everything. The location was so good. Very close to some nice lanes/ interesting places. It's very easy to get food. The Host is very helpful. Should I visit Ipoh again, majestic will be my preferred place to stay 😁.

Location, walking distance to the popular tourist eateries. Dedicated car park.

The floor was not clean and sticky. The lighting of the apartment and the property is quite dark. The sofa bed is old and uncomfortable because can feel the spring. The shower water pressure is not strong. The check in time is 3pm and check out time was very early at 11am. The air freshener in the house was too strong.

The owner is very friendly and always answers questions well. The house is clean, tidy and if I come to ipoh again I will definitely stay here

As it is a complex, the hallway leading to the apartment could be a bit noisy when people walked passed in the night. Location was near to everything but the immediate area is a bit run down.

Location, near attractions. Spacious and clean. Vacuum available for use. Everything is conveniently placed, except insufficient power outlets.

Guests are not allowed to use the gym (not the hosts fault tho).

Location was really good. Walking distance is short to various eateries. Apt was clean, bed comfortable and as we were on the 10th floor, it was quiet and have a good view of the mountains.

Entry to the apartment was quite dark when we first arrived but with the internal foyer switch it was brighter. It would be good if the foyer switch can be located outside between grilled gate and wooden gate. Had difficulty entering the passcode to access the mailbox because room's lighting was not very good.

We like the safety with security guards and security lift access. The unit is homely and cosy. The hall is big with sofa and dining table. The beds & blankets are comfortable. The toilets are clean. Wifi is good. There is reserved parking lot. Overall is really excellent. 👍👏💪😎🙏
