Found the bed to be a little low for us, otherwise it was fine.

Location for us, was ideal. Accommodation with en suite bathroom was excellent with facilities well thought out. Tea coffee and continental breakfast provided to a high standard. We would recommend the property.

Excellent standard of accommodation-comfortable bed, quality fixtures and fittings with everything you’d need for a stay . The extra snacks were delicious as was the breakfast . Clear communication with the owners who made a great effort to make it the perfect stay .

First of all we were met by the host, very friendly and told us how to access the accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and we found that things like sockets Charging points on the bedside table somewhere to hang wet coats outside, a stand to put wellies upside down. All the things you wish for in hotels but never seem to get. Breakfast was excellent yogurts, cereals and fresh milk pastries and fruit. They even do your washing up if you put your dirty plates in a bowl outside the door. Very very impressed with it and would recommend it to anyone..

My only gripe was the bed mattress was way too soft for me but that is a personnel choice.

There was nothing I disliked

I was meeting an old friend who lives in Lymington and the apartment was a mile away so ideal to walk to. However, I was truly impressed by what was provided. I could have left everything at home except for clothes and toothbrush. Everything was high spec and working. Thoughtfully designed and very private.

I can’t think of anything In fact, the wonderful Keyhaven salt marshes are a walk away. I had exceptionally good weather and the wetland birds, flora and insects were abundant.
