Roomy, clean, nicely-decorated & comfortable. Snacks, convenient free parking & a Keurig machine were appreciated extra touches. Though we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub, washing machine, or cook in the kitchen, the kitchen was well appointed and the other items were nice features.

In the master, when A/C was on, it would get quite chilly, but when it shut off, it would get quite warm making sleep a little difficult. It might be more comfortable if we kept one of the doors open but as we had someone sleeping in the living room that wasn’t possible. It seems that there is no whole-apartment fan that could be set to on which would facilitate air circulation. Perhaps a ceiling fan in master may help even out the temperature. Lights in bedroom & bathroom were quite bright, even at the dimmest setting. Would suggest removing or lowering wattage in the middle lights in bedroom & replacing lightbulbs in bathroom with dimmer ones. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were not. The Google Nest could never complete commands of “Ok Google lower thermostat” and would ask “what thermostat” or indicate “something went wrong. Try again.” Guadalupe Rd is a busy street to begin with, but with major construction on that road, the orange markers, equipment, & detours, it did not make for an enjoyable or convenient walk or drive to and from the apartment. Combine that with large weeds in front of the apartment, and it was a disappointing first impression. Fortunately, the construction noise was minimal from inside and the interior of the apt was much better than the outside. But we were not told about the construction and had I known about it, I would’ve looked for a different location.

"We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

Beautiful casita, superbly decorated in Southwest themed decor, very clean, lots of extra towels, pillows and sheets for guests, well-stocked kitchen, and a clean private hot tub (!). Easy walk to the plaza, restaurants and museums.

"Perfect apartment in Santa Fe"

Beautifully decorated. Warm and cozy. Close by car to everything we wanted to see.

On a main busy street but it was surprisingly quiet.

"Great unit with great location close to Plaza and Railyard"

10.0

Very nice apartment unit that is attached to another unit on both sides. Plenty of room for two people and maybe a child or two on the living room sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well furnished although we did not cook in much since there are many restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Walk to the downtown plaza is about 10-15 min, about 15-20 min to Railyard, and drive to ski Sante Fe is about 30 min with very easy access. We snow skied two days, and the skiing was great. Very nice small resort with reasonable priced lift tickets. The unit also furnished Netflix, Amazon Video, Apple TV, Sling, Hulu, etc... Never a problem finding something on TV to watch. We did not use the back patio, but it was very nice with hot tub, gas grill, and seating. Peter the owner was very helpful with any questions and information. I texted him a few times and he responded right away. We will for sure rent this unit again in the future for another ski trip and next time make time to check out the numerous art galleries on Canyon Road which we did not have time this stay. From the Plaza, Canyon Road galleries are only about a 10 min walk. I think I looked at it was about 2 miles from the apartment and was an easy walk.

Very minor but the parking can be tricky if you have a large truck. There is parallel parking in front of the unit, but it is tight fit if there are vehicles home on each side unit. There is parking behind the unit but not really an option if you have a large truck.
