The location, cosy interior- feels like home. Wonderful view, sunny terrace for breakfast. Washing machine was useful. Really, everything was perfect.

The flat was well maintained. Nice balcony with seaview. Good sized bedrooms, original fitted wardrobes from 70s, in good condition. The bedroom that looks onto the courtyard is quiet. My bus was delayed due to a big traffic jam in Málaga and Elvira waited to meet me.

The flat does not get much sun, on the first floor. There was noise from the alleyway in the main bedroom. I stayed in the apartment in December and it was really cold at night, with no radiator provided. clearly the owners do not want the electricity bill from actually providing a radiator or heat pump. you need it in the winter months- I used to live in LH - the other flats I rented all provided radiators. ki
