Great hosts who accommodated our request for an additional night

The area was residential and quiet, although there was no garden access as indicated in the photos.

I am very sad to write this, and it is the first time I've ever had an experience like this. We were pretty unlucky with our stay, and would never recommend these hosts. Prior to arrival, the hosts did not send the check in details and emanded a £250 payment to their personal bank account before releasing the details. As we had already paid for the accomodation, this was unexpected and the hosts put a lot of pressure on us, leaving us without accommodation unless we paid. I asked the hosts for a full inventory which they promised, but failed to provide. This left us very vulnerable to them making any kind of claim they wanted. When we arrived, we found that the kitchen had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the plates, glasses and cutlery were dirty. There were food items and crumbs in the cutlery draw, all of the cutlery was greasy, the glasses had lip marks, dried orange drink, and greasy hand prints on them. I've attached photos which were taken immediately after I checked in,. Upon informing the hosts, no attempt was made to resolve the situation, and no cleaner was sent to clean the kitchen. I sent them a selection of photos, and would have expected them to attempt to resolve the issue, but their response was that I "didn't ask them to send the inventory video", which they promised prior to my check in. Please be very careful with these hosts. They completely dismissed any kind of responsibility for the cleanliness of the kitchen, and it made our stay very uncomfortable as we were unable to use the facility. I asked the host for a resolution to this, which is when they became aggressive towards me, and claimed that I should have gone to booking.com for a resolution. I wasn't prepared to take any action until my deposit was returned, especially as the hosts did not provide an inventory of what was included in the flat as they promised.

Lovely clean property had a great stay and would highly recommend

The location of the property is excellent. Easy access to roads and close proximity to important places.

Ideal for the purpose.

The property managers were in regular contact and made sure everything was perfect which it was. The location was great for everything we wanted to do and the property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
