Jay is a very helpful host and responds as quickly as Booking.com get the messages across. If you want send your contact number for even better/quicker responses. Clean apartment apart from a couple of stains on bathroom door. Has everything you need in there cutlery and dishes wise. Rooms are cosy and well lit. Best to use the shower on setting 'I' as setting 'II' seems to fluctuate between warm and scolding hot every few seconds :-D Good parking options out front overnight (8pm-8am free) Long stay car park at rear is midnight-8am free. Daylight times cheaper to park at back. Plenty of food places within walking max 10min driving distance. Supermarkets close by too. Thanks for having us.

Needed a couple of fans more to help keep the apartment cooler, but this is not a negative as its British summer so always hotter then what we want and housing is built to keep heat in.

Such a lovely apartment had everything we needed clean to perfection and everything is so close by I would definitely stay here again!

I found it had a slight musky smell as we walked in (maybe where it’s not used everyday) but air freshener does the job🙂

Jay’s flexibility on arrival and departure times was most appreciated as was his assistance with directions. Our GPS was shaky in Southampton, but the apartment is very conveniently located and easy to find. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a lovely patio.  Highly recommended and we’d happily stay again.

Kitchen could be better equiped but only if you plan to cook. Otherwise, it is sufficient.

Stayed in this apartment for 1 night before a cruise. Really lovely cosy homely apartment, very clean and everything of a very high standard. We arrived late so just went to local shop and a pub. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Let us check out an hour later which was fab. Would recommend.

Great communication from the hosts. Excellent location to the town, walkable in 10 mins. Convenient parking behind property. Quiet, Clean and well equipped with bonus of outside patio area which we made use of as the sun was shining 😊.
