This is a great little caravan on a quiet caravan site for a fabulous short break away with family. We loved the location and how we could easily walk into the noisy areas for the kids entertainment but then come away from it and have get a good night's sleep. We loved how its easily accessible to the lovely beach just across the railway track to watch the beautiful sunset. The owners are also friendly and responsive and provide full details and instructions for your stay plus tips and places to go/things to do in their 'welcome book'. Great little cafe and chinese takeway across the road. Nice Kimnel beach nearby. Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy are not far away.

Our only bug bear was the wifi situation. There is no wifi in the caravan and the caravan site wifi isn't great apparently, so we didn't buy it. My phone was the only one that worked in the caravan with packet data (EE), my partners network Giffgaff wouldn't work in the caravan but it would work around the caravan park, which was strange! So I had my partner and daughter hotspotting from my phone, which was fine as I had enough data.

The caravan was nice and clean on a lovely site. The beach was 5 mins walk away. And lots to do in the area. Was a Home from home. We loved every minute of our stay. Would highly recommend

We loved the parks location right by a dog friendly beach (during July) and close to some amazing spots to visit in North Wales. We caught sunset on two of our five nights on this beach, was breathtaking. I liked that it was a quiet park and particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully on the caravans sun deck with a coffee before anyone else was awake. My daughter and I loved the Tassimo machine and the dog biscuits were very much enjoyed by our Spaniel Elsa along with the handy water/food bowl.

The sofa could have been a little more comfy and was a bit tight for the four of us but appreciate this is difficult to achieve in a small space. We also found ourselves missing a large enough casserole/oven dish and a colander but otherwise had everything else we needed.

Lovely little caravan, quie site, very clean. Comfortable beds. Owners very helpful.

the owners are very helpful and lovely. There was some lovely touches (like the dog treats), great access to the beach to walk down. They had a welcome book which was helpful to guests who aren’t familiar with the area (I lived here for 10 years but was helpful to read). couldn’t fault anything with the caravan. clean, simple, presentable.

I liked the property. But wouldn’t pay £300 for the weekend again considering it was an older and smaller caravan and a distant from any leisure activities. would stay again if it was cheaper. this isn’t anything bad towards the caravan or hosts… but the caravan site itself had a restaurant/bar and we ordered food at 4:30 (they stop serving at 5) and the bar man told the chef and he was swearing in throwing his hands as he didn’t want to as it was half hour to last orders and was quiet. so that was probably the worst bit

Because of the time of arrival,had trouble getting on to the site. Had to ask another caravaner for the access code.

There is not a lot you could do with the caravan.Perhaps cusions on the kitchen table benches.

The location was great, right near the beach, on a quiet site. The caravan was smaller than expected but perfectly fine for myself, two grandchildren and my dog. Very clean, with everything we needed. Good communication from the owner.
