You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check in is between 4pm - 8pm. We are available to assist between the hours of 9am-9pm Mon-Sat & 9am-6pm Sundays. Please be aware your calls, texts or emails may not be answered outside of these hours. Check-out is before 10am. Any checkouts after this time will incur an additional fee. Additional documentation will be required i.e Proof of ID, address and Terms and Conditions before any check in details are released to you. A pre-authorization security damage deposit will be collected by the host prior to your stay, outside of the Airbnb platform. Please be mindful of neighbours and reduce noise level after 10 pm Please return the house keys in the keysafe on check-out. Although we welcome pets (especially assistant dogs). We would like to make guests aware that ADDITIONAL FEE for a deeper clean will be applied and is chargeable to the guest so that the property is safe for any future guests with pet allergies. This will be collected outside of the booking.com platform. A deposit may be required at the property.
