Super Cozy 2 bedroom with Fast WIFI and Queen Bed close to Downtown Houston!!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The place was dirty upon arrival – the bed sheets were unclean, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, in the toilet, on the bed, and even inside the fridge. The floor hadn’t been cleaned, and leftover food was still in the refrigerator. While the pictures in the listing are accurate, the property is clearly not being cleaned or maintained properly. I contacted the host via email regarding a refund, but after the initial message, they stopped responding completely. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone and have reported it to Booking.com

Close (10 mins walk) to the Metro rail system which made for easy access to city. Apartment contained all of the amenities that we required.

The second bed wasn't a full size bed which meant it wasn't suitable for my 6'3" son.

The apartment was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood.

Well equipped Close from downtown and from public transportation (bus 20 - very convenient route to downtown, Galleria, Memorial park)

I liked how really clean the place looked upon arrival and the owners offering very friendly assistance during our stay. The bed was comfy enough with its pillow top mattress. The neighborhood seemed quiet most of the time we were there. The no contact check in and check out was nice too. The Wi-Fi was fast and enough for just my husband and I. The owner also seems to be working really hard to make the two apartments and house on the property nice to stay at. I loved the colorful murals I found close to the place. There were many to admire. If you are looking for a great breakfast place in the downtown Houston area, I would recommend Press Waffle Co. in the Lyric Market. Also some other restaurants there too.

There was only a small amount of soap in the bathroom dispenser for our 7 day stay. There was no toilet paper or dish soap. Thankfully we brought our own toilet paper. The place initially smelled like cigarette smoke (despite having a no smoking sign) until we plugged in an air freshener that we found on a shelf. The water pressure in the shower was not great and there seemed to be some calcium scale on the floor of the shower. We found several ants underneath the toilet brush in the bathroom after we accidentally tipped it over. The living room TV only had sound but no picture. The other TVs only worked when we signed into our own Amazon account to use our apps. We later found a TV guide of sorts on one of the TVs but it was difficult to find and no instructions left on what was available or how to access it on the TVs. There was no side table or lamp for the twin bed and only one side table for the seemingly small “queen” bed. I would have liked to have seen a side table on each side of the queen bed and next to twin bed so that there was lighting options other than the overhead light in the bedrooms. There were dressers, but they were filled with blankets so my husband and I had to find creative ways to place our clothes and cell phones/chargers when sleeping. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment had many homes that appeared broken down with fences surrounding the property and/or a lot of junk in the yard. There were a couple of small holes in the blinds on the windows making me feel a bit less private. The small deck that leads to the apartment door faces the back yards of other apartments nearby so there wasn’t much of a view. There wasn’t much of an incentive to stay at the outside seating area either due to all the A/C units heard in the area.

It was clean tidy and spacious ! Make sure you check out the Mexican food truck near by the chicken is amazing.

The surrounding area was not what I was expecting, whilst it was close to town it was not really in walking distance for anything.

Very clean, comfortable, has everything you need and more.

Loved the decor, cute kitchen, large capacity refrigerator, ability to connect to apps on televisions, and washer and dryer if needed. And it was great on how close it was to the convention center. My family and I really enjoyed the apartment. And the owners are sweet and they keep in contact if you need anything.
