The host cancelled my reservation literally 1 hour before my arrival. I was in a taxi on my way when I got a message from them to say they cannot meet me to let me in. Absolute rubbish! If you cannot accept bookings, then your property should not be made available on booking.com They also wanted me to cancel the booking instead of them so that it looks like I cancelled the stay and not them. It was their issue and they did not even try to provide any alternative or advice. Just "sorry we cant do it"

It's exactly what it looks like in the pictures, which is to say a cheesy Carribean themed pool resort condo. Our daughter loved the pool area! The apartment itself was comfortable for our family of 3 and had all the basics you need and would expect. Elena, the host, is wonderful! She was always friendly and available on WhatsApp and even let us overstay checkout time before a late flight out of Bangkok since the next reservation wasn't until a day later. Highly recommend if you're looking for a resort style self-catering condo in Pattaya.

The sauna was out of order the week we were there and the jacuzzi wasn't warm and smelled strongly of chlorine.

Great value for money and location. Elena, our host, was very helpful.

Нам очень понравилось расположение. Вид из окна. Чистота и порядок. Наличие бассейнов. Близкое расположение до автостанции. Наличие рядом кафе и магазинов. 10 минут до городского пляжа Джомтьена. Приятно обрадовало близкое расположение до фруктового рынка. И наконец-то появились светофоры для пешеходов.

Я думаю скоро закончат расчистку лесо-парковой зоны, недалеко от отеля, через дорогу и высадят пальмы, облагородят пешеходные дорожки. И вернут наконец-то лето в зимнюю Паттайю!
