Voll ausgestattete Küche. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer. Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Auch digital sehr gut ausgestattet mit Alexa und Fernseher. Angemessener Preis und ruhige Lage. Nahe am Supermarkt.

Leider Schimmel im Bad, da sehr altes Apartment ohne Lüftung. Fenster nicht gut isoliert, daher etwas zugig. Dies ist aber alles für das Alter des Apartments zu erwarten und wird vom günstigen Preis wieder ausgeglichen.

Bus stop and grocery store was 7 mins walk from apartment.

The apartment was not clean. Floor was not coean. There was fungus around the bath tub. Balcony had some broken floor. No toiletries were provided, hand wash bottle in bathroom was almost empty. Used soap was krpt in the bathroom. Napkins were provided as bath towels We had booked for 3 person, third person hax to sleep on uncomfortable sofa. Apartment was on Fifth floor with no lift

The overall condition of the apartment is disappointing according to the price. We was traveling to AC/DC concert and us selfunderstanding, that the prices during this time are higher. But the condition of the appartment is much lower then in the pictures
