The apartment was clean and the photos are accurate. Ricardo was very helpful and a great host.

The apartment wasn’t very central (20 mins walking to reach the centre) and the neighbourhood was a bit “underground”.

Nice staff, good location, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and cooperative. They sent us detailed instructions and recommendations, quickly responded to all our requests. It was a nice small bar ten meters from the apartment where we had wonderful breakfast.

The property was spacious for 4 adults and 1 child. It had everything we needed: Microwave Flat iron Wine opener Washing machine 2 tv 2 aircon Outlets everywhere 10min walk to Catania square/ Duomo/ Catania bus station Mt Etna view daily Cafe beside the main entrance. Pharmacy is a stone throw away.

The stairs were a challenge to some of us (room was located on the 4th floor). Poverty is evident outside the property. Might be a challenge to some, not for us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the host - he sent not only detailed instructions on how to arrive, but also detailed information on what to do in Catania. We felt like visiting old friends. The apartment is very clean and tidy with all necessary equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful dishes. It was nice to find coffee, sugar, salt, oil. Etna can be seen when leaving the apartment. A cozy little balcony to sit in the evening and watch what is happening on the street. Very good sound insulation. Close to the fish market, the center, the beach and the supermarket, and all the rows of small shops. Thank you for the cozy home.

There was nothing to dislike or annoy
