"Ms. salcedo's attitude was not transparent at all"

I would like to point out that there is a difference of US$ 1,315.78 between what we ended up paying and what the page of booking.com reflected if we would have been able to modify the number of persons online. I believe that the behavior of Ms. Salcedo was abusive and lacked total transparency, which has no other explanation than to evade taxes, fool booking.com and to take advantage of our vulnerable situation as we were traveling with guests to celebrate a special occasion.

"I can’t wait to go back again"

What I didn’t like? Everything way exceeded our expectations. I can’t give enough praised to our maid and cook, Diana and Wendy; they were the best ever, very friendly and their service was 5 stars, always available 24/7!!! The house itself is not modern or recently renovated but everything was clean, on point and confortable. Location of the house is prime, very close to Minitas Beach, we felt very safe…Ohhhh and their breakfast service was outstanding!!!

The thing of not asking for a deposit at the moment of reservation and then send an message requesting to pay all cash was kind of nerving for us, I was a little worried on my way there but their concierge service before, during and after our arrival was absolutely the best ever. I would 100% stay here again and again.

Breakfast was fantastic every day. But even better was the service provided by Betty and Angelina! They were both fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for an outstanding Dominican vacation, don't miss this one! I will definitely be back next year !

Great location near the beach! Great house with jacuzzi and swimming pool. Comfortable beds and extremely nice staff. Host was incredibly accommodating! Would love to go back there anytime!

The location (very close to the beach), the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi, the service - almost everything was perfect!

A little bit old bathrooms and furniture, but very clean and maintained.
