Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity yard is read on check in and check out and charged at THB9.00 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Die Abgeschiedenheit und Lage inmitten der Natur (Dschungel), dabei gleichzeitig nicht weit vom Strand und Dutzenden Möglichkeiten Essen und Trinken zu gehen. Alles sauber. Der nicht einsehbare Pool wird zweimal wöchentlich gewartet. Alles was fehlt ( z. B. Weingläser), wird spätestens am nächsten Tag gebracht.

Dafür können die Vermieter nichts: ganz in der Nähe wurde eine große Fläche gerodet um eine neue Villa zu bauen.
