Jane exceptionally professional and the facility was spot on

It was clean

Parking was a problem only one space on drive and someone was already Parking there it was very hard to find Parking space. Breakfast included was a pot with instant porridge and some pastries in the room very disappointed with it .it wasn't a studio apartment as described it was two bedrooms in a house .

Spacious and open, stayed before as easy access to London for work meetings. Property is modern and clean and when I called about bathroom heating not working Jane promptly assisted.

Heating not working in bathroom but small heater provided which I used to heat bathroom

Light flashing in the bedroom. I had to be given a different room. Strange paint marks in the bath. Unfriendly host. No email sent with code. Had to ring to get a text.

Breakfast was limited but all we needed. Location was the best bit as it is ideally situated for our needs - meeting friends and a funeral in Ruislip. Able to park the car off road too.

No instructions on arrival. This was only a problem with the heating. The rooms were cold so we had to resort to the fan heater as there were no instructions on central heating

Breakfast was promised as part of the deal - turned out it was just a microwave porridge and a packet pain au chocolat ... I asked for a gluten free option and the landlord/lady did provide an GF oat porridge and I was ok with that However they used this as a reason that we shouldn't have any recompense for how cold the flat was as if I GF porridge is some really big deal for someone who has said there property includes a free breakfast. It was really cold...admittedly this was due to the outside temperatures but it was winter and they should have been set up for that. Instead the only radiator was barely functioning .. just luke warm to touch and even colder at the bottom. The bathroom towel rack wasn't working at all so that area was even colder than the rest... and really hard to be in there with bare feet.bit of a problem if you want to shower... I didn't shower there as it was really cold and the aunt I was visiting let me use hers. The bathroom and kitchen are both high standad but the bedroom is a rather dowdy front room barely adapted to be a bedroom eg the TV is on the lefthand side of the bed so not made for comfortable viewing

the attitude of the landlord/lady who really didnt make much effort to improve the temperature situation. They came in on after second cold night and switched the valve up to maximum but that made no difference. They told us to use the little mini fan heater and pretended they had given it to us specially but it was in there from the beginning, indicating that they already knew it was cold but didn't want to rectify the situation. They seemed to think that giving me a small pot of GF microwave porridge (it had been indicated that breakfast was free) should compensate for the cold. This is just someone who rents out for the money with little care for the guest experience in their accommodation.
