Close to Ruislip Manor tube station

All is not as it seems. For parking it states private parking no reservation needed. On arrival 1 car was on the drive you couldn’t get one next to it. I queried this and was told quite tersely I hadn’t prebooked and to park locally. Locally was quite some distance due to it being a very busy neighbourhood. Patio area not as shown in photos see mine attached. Bed was right up against the wall we moved it so we could both get up in the night easily and clearly it hadn’t been moved for some time as very dirty and dusty see my photos. Bathroom clean and tidy but shower tray split in the middle. No real place to sit and eat breakfast one bar stool in kitchen and one lounge chair in bedroom. I struggle to see how it can be termed luxury studio it’s a converted semi the studio is the former living room going into a kitchen with a bathroom just off it.

The property was in a nice location and space to park my car .Great public transport on the doorstep . Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom though shared was spacious and clean .

There was nothing I did not like . But never got chance to meet staff or owner . But access to property and room was well organised. . Would not hesitate to book again in future.

Was not as advertised. Was not luxury as claimed. Had no garden view as claimed. Door to room was difficult to open. Light switch fell off when turning it. A screw is missing on the switch itself. The TV remote did not work- batteries are probably flat. There was no breakfast offered as advertised. Linen was creased and felt unclean.

My personal towel was taken by house keeping And I sent in my address to be posted back .but still have got it

Overall stay was horrible

nothing. When I arrived at the accommodation late that evening there was already someone staying in the room! it was horrendous. When I contacted the owner she was extremely rude and said I should checked in earlier even though it was a code system entry and I had messaged saying that I would be there late...the guy staying there said that he'd been there for 3 days?? I ended up having to get a cab back and sleeping in my car. Avoid this place at all costs.

Would have liked a table lamp instead of having the main light on. heating in the bathroom
